NZ domestic season 2023/24

Ollie White is almost hitting these too bad to be caught. He honestly looks awful, even by Otago standards.

At least they have the good sensibility to bring out Muller now, as he was slated to bat #11. He's in the Younghusband–Sodhi class of "useful FC bat who can't slog to save his life".

Tim Robinson should be in the mix for an NZ call up too.

He scored a ton in his last Super Smash game and he might have scored another one today but he ran out of runs to score.

I always thought Chris Gaffaney (now ICC umpire) should have been called up after hitting a Cricket Max century. I think only McMillan was the only other one to do it. Robinson's 139 was pretty special, if he maintains his form over the competition maybe he could get a spot when IPL players are away. They play some T20's in Pakistan in April so who knows.

Is that all it takes for a call up these days?
I know it's only Super Smash form but he looks to have the technique and skills to succeed at international level in limited overs cricket.

He could be worth a go opening for NZ rather than sticking with Finn Allen who seems to be picked more on potential than performance.
