Not sure where he went after his banning. His ND intel was interesting although taken with a grain of salt. He certainly was certainly right about Wagner becoming a successful test player when it was looking uncertain.Where's controversial old time member Blocky? He'd have some spicy takes on ND cricket.
It's about the main reason I like the teams having different names - there's no ambiguity in terms of the team to which your are referring. Even if most of the names follow a similar theme to the men's names (Aces/Hearts, Stags/Hinds, Firebirds/Blaze, etc.), it shows that they have an identity of their own instead of sounding like weirdo franchise nonsense (with that said, these nicknames aren't that old themselves, likely about as old as me).I do find it a bit confusing both having the same name, if you say Firebirds or Blaze everyone knows if you mean men or women, with Brave you have to specify.
Didn’t NZC want all the sides to change to using the same name for men’s and women’s, but sides objected? Having built a brand for their women’s sides. And Northern ended up being the only one who did it.
Probable easier to follow given the tournaments aren't run at the same time over thereHaving the same name for both seems to have been pretty successful in the WBBL and Hundred.
Really looking forward to today's games. Not going to be able to see the finals, so it's my last Super Smash fix of the season.Super Smash elimination final in half an hour. Henry–Jamieson–O'Rourke–Sodhi up against Conway–Rachin–Macewell–Abbas: hype!
