You can't go with loyalty all the time, you still need form players. But, as I said before, overall a good piece of writing from someone who I don't regard very highly at all.

Like the article says those who have been shown loyalty aren't exactly out of form.

Mason and O'Meley didn't seem to be playing all that well to me

 and he was supposed to be fit for the Grand Final ?

Ben Creagh is a bit of a shock. A future star for sure, but I don't think he is ready for this yet

at least harrison played Origin this year, imo i think the squad needed another prop not an agile back rower...

Yes I do. Not good enough to be picked on the Kangaroo tour IMO, same with Creagh

Lol Harrison is one of the most consistant performers in the NRL.

Creagh is overhyped.

I am still waiting for what makes you think Hape is so woeful Simon?

I never knew Covell and Webster were available for New Zealand. In fact I never knew they had New Zealand origins.

Glenn Turner was a surprise, he's a decent player - does the job but never would have considered him for any rep footy, and Greg Eastwood? Hasn't he played just one or two NRL games?

Webster is very kiwi looking.

That's not what I am saying.

What I said was that I didn't know he had a Kiwi passport, and thought he was an Aussie considering he was actually born in Melbourne.

Lol about Brent Webb? Is there any other fullbacks?

His dad is a kiwi. As is Luke Covell's

Hunt?

Seriously though Brent Webb is ok. He didn't have a good season but has showed in the past that he can run good lines and has decent pace (stood up Mini this season). He is not ideal but will do alright.

Bring back Matthew Ridge?
