Was it the game between Hambledon Club (now believed to be Hampshire) and Surrey in 1775 -first of its kind because it used 3 stumps for the first time ?

or because it was the first recorded cricket match that was a fore runner to the development of games between 2 counties ?

It was a game in 17 hundred something (I have the date at home) in which Surrey played Kent and all the Surrey players had the surname Woods.

It is the first such instance on record.

The first black cricketer to play for his "country" , his cricket career is unique !! In his final Test he finished his Test career by making a stumping to win a Test against his native country !! What was unique about his career ?
