jimmy Mathews did it twice in the same test getting three wickets in each innings, both times with three balls in a row :)

Q11. Trumble and Mathews taking two hat tricks in one test match? No
Q12. A bowler taking 14+ wickets in a day? No
Q13. Is it to do solely with hat tricks? Yes
Q14. Is it to do with carrying a hat trick over to another innings in a test? No

The second Trumble and the Griffin hat-tricks were in the final Test of these players.

Hat trick to finish the Test- Trumble v England 1901-2 at Melourne and LF Kline (australia) v SA Cape Town 1957-8 . :)

YES ... SJS has got it.

Trumble took a hat trick to win the Test v England at Melbourne in 1901-1902

Lindssay Kline took a hat trick to win the Test v Sth Africa at Cape Town in 1957-1958
