I'm fairly stumped as well.

Even worse than that is that I'd just typed up an exhaustive summary/list of theories/possibilities and with one piece of modem madness I lose it all...

Returning to the question, and thinking laterally here, could it be someone who Captained UAE but was 12 th man before that for Pakistan or SL ?

If thats correct , Is it Khuram Khan ? :)
