well done.

Rajindernath's joined an illustrious club of cricketers who did not bat or bowl (being a keeper the latter isn't so suprising) in their only test which he played against Pakistan in 1952/53.

While his four stumpings in the match was just one shy of equaling the most stumpings in a test match at the time (held by another Indian - can't remember the name, and may have been jointly held by others but not sure). Despite this he was unable to get another test.

The current record is held by KS More at 6 against the Windies (i think) in the late 80's.

Thats all he did in the test. never got to bat in the test which might also be some sort of a record ??

according to the book i got Rajindernath from (Cricket's Hall of Shame - funny read for anyone he should come across it) only he and JCW MacBryan (England, 1923) didn't bat or bowl in their only test appearances....... it may be wrong though
