Looks like the Leafs are set to tank another season. Disappointing tstl.

But on a more positive note, some really strong prospects in this year's draft. The Leafs are in need of a forward, so someone like Yakupov or Alex Galchenyuk would be solid additions and just what they need to push for a playoff spot next season. But Yakupov will most likely go out as first pick.

Filip Forsberg (not related to Peter Forsberg) and Mikhail Grigorenko are the other key forwards to watch out for.

Did they end up moving to a draft lottery is it still just related directly to where you finish.

lottery for all teams that miss out on the play-offs, but you can only move up 4 positions so the team with pick 8 can't get 1.

Thought so - my mind is a bit fuzzy now remembering these things been 6 years since I was over there. I remember the year before they made changes. San Jose and ottawa went on like 30 game losing streaks and became obvious after a while they wanted to lose.

Well, congratulations on winning the conference Vancouver - but, peaking too early imho. Not changing underwear for more than the playoff season will be too much to bear.

they've played like **** since the Boston game bar the odd big game, usually against a big team. We've sorta stumbled into it 'cause no-one seemed to want it. Only possible area of the team that may have peaked is the 3rd line, featuring Chris Higgins' abs
