There is right arm and left arm express pace, right and left arm fast medium with swing and reverse swing, right and left arm medium in case the main bowlers need a break, right and left arm wrist spin and right and left arm off spin. If this does not ensure a bowling attack for all conditions, nothing does. And we bat deep and well and fast. Test 100s down to #10.

In hindsight I might have made my Monty Noble pick later in the draft than the 5th round I did pick him and focus on the openers a bit more but nonetheless happy with my side.

Herbie Collins as captain remarked by Cricinfo at having good luck with the toss so that's a bonus :). Him and Fredericks may not be the elite openers of a Gavaskar, Hobbs etc but do think both are very solid options and complement each other well in a more patient opener and more of a counter-puncher in Fredericks. Very happy with our middle order which whilst it may lack a top 5/10 batter of all time has strong depth. Onto the bowling which I think is our biggest strength. Noble provides a very credible off-spin option and along with Procter gives us good batting depth in the lower order. Marshall and Cowie join Procter to form a very strong seam attack whilst we have the legspin variety of Chandrasekhar.

Line and Length

Cricketer Of The Year
When I posted my team yesterday, I accidentally included Frank Tyson (who is in @honestbharani 's team) when it was Harold Larwood I had selected. No real excuse but I had both in my 10 for list and hadn't marked my selection.
Here is my corrected XI

J.Hobbs (1)
V.Sehwag (5)
K.Sangakarra w/k (0)
Mushtaq Mohammad (9)
Asif Iqbal (6)
C.Hooper (7)
B.Stokes (8)
Kapil Dev (11)
Anil Kumble (14)
H.Larwood (10)
Waqar Younis (13)

A pretty strong side I might say.
Great batting depth with solid all-rounders from 4 to 8.
Waqar, Larwood and Dev provide pace with a fit Stokes in support.
Kumble leads several spin options.
