In fact, deliberately slowing your over rate to secure penalties that prevent you from participating in the final is the only moral action any respectable captain should do. Each WTC point deducted is a moral point gained making England the clear moral victors in both this and the last WTCs.

It is 2-1 India and a test series win in England for me.

I think England winning the rescheduled game was actually a genuine example of a moral and real victory. Or maybe a morally deserved defeat for India.
