Metro Bank One Day Cup

Shame for Worcester but a good run with a patched up squad.

Glamorgan in the final again, Beating Warwick. Somerset have a chance for some silverware as well

Should be a good final

Noticed that on comms, I imagine he is England eligible?
Born to South African parents and moved here at 16 for his A-Levels.

Can't see if he qualifies for England but he said this.

“It is really exciting because playing at Lord’s, you only dream of something like that,” Smith said.

“You hope one day that you might play for England, and that one day you could play at such an historic ground"

Guess by the time he completes his current deal with Warks he'll have been here for four years, so may qualify that way.

Take your pick, either:
1. A deliberate attempt by the ECB to lower the status of the competition, or
2. They don’t expect a large crowd so are using a venue with a lower capacity.

A bit of both. They only kept this competition so that the members can have something to watch
