Is Kapil Dev an ATG test cricketer?

No one thinks Pakistan's all time XI is as good as South Africa's. But how does replacing Botham/Dev there with Mushtaq, MoYo or Shoaib make them more competitive?

Given they are already behind on batting, five world class bowlers will give them a better chance at taking 20 wickets than four will, and Botham/Dev will contribute some runs with it.

I still don't think Dev is good enough but that's neither here nor there. The point of this thread is: Kapil as an atg. He's great yes but an atg he is not.
