I don't understand how he doesn't get out bowled for < 20 every time he bats with that technique tbh.

It's not even just his shuffle across and fifth stump head position; he brings his bat down in a really odd fashion and then cuts it back across himself as well. Just asking for it.

Yeah he looks ordinary but that ball would have cut most players in half. Moved in a mile.

Yeah no doubt. I was rubbishing him even before he got out though so it's hardly over-critical hindsight. :p

Jadhav looks pretty good technically; reckon that front foot trigger movement would have him in strife against quicker bowlers though.

The speed guns are all messed up.

Shows up only for half the balls and shows odd speeds some times.

Sudhindra reminds me of a more side-on Ravi Bopara. He has a very nice action but does it all in slow motion.

My post was meant to result in a "wtf?" reply from you, but I guess I get your ass if he doesn't ton up?

Wow; that's a terrible decision. Smacked the cover off it. I wasn't even actually looking at the screen at the time and I knew it was out live because of the sound, ffs.

Which of these wicketkeepers would you choose- Karthik, Naman Ojha or Saha? Both Saha and Ojha are quite young, but Saha has missed out on a lot of games, largely due to (supposedly) better wicketkeepers getting the nod ahead of him- either Dhoni or drop-prone Deep Dasgupta. Ojha has had no such concern, especially lately, and has played a lot more, but had little of the Elite teams to face- and he's done much better against them. Karthik is still the best keeper, but recent batting form isn't so emphatic. The key will be playing one specialist batsman less.

Rituraj Singh is underpowered. How many games has he had? Just five, till now. TP Sudhindra, though, could refresh his action, to add some pace, but there's no clear indication of pace in this game.
