Seems vicent, tuffey, adams and bond on the way back according to tthe herald,goof\d for nz.
Well, that's debateable. If Bond and Tuffey can regain full fitness, having them back is obviously a massive plus, but they've long struggled to do such a thing.

Having Vincent and Adams back, however, is a considerable blow. They were best-off losing 'em.

Uh Bond says his fitness is great.

Oram has also been dire with the bat in Tests.

McCullum at 6
Franklin 7
Vettori 8
Based off what? He didn't play India, can't remember if he played WI, and didn't play against Aussie. He's been pretty damn good really, his career record is looking good. He certainly makes the allrounder role look much easier than Franklin, who makes it look extremely dificult at times.

Tbh, Oram may not have much longer and after that Jimmeh or Ryder are the obvious replacements, but i don't think Franklin is anywhere near Orams batsmanship atm. Once he starts translating those freakish and awesome FC scores to something decent in tests, he has a case.

I say things sometimes too. Sometimes, also, it's wishful thinking.

Let's get this straight - Bond may be fit for the next year or so and not break down at all. But that has to be regarded as unlikely and that he feels good now doesn't mean all that much.

I've never rated Orams batting that highly. He just seems so uncordinated especially in Tests.
he has his flaws, but he also averaged over 40 for yonks and still averages high thirties.
The short ball and his concrete feet trouble him early on in his innings, but once he's set he's fine.

Franklin is probably just as or nearly as bad against the short ball too.

If the cars ready to start now then the chance of it breaking down doesn't mean you can't drive it now.

That was a bit more ***ual than I'd hoped.

Yeah but Franklins the better bowler though. Which is why I'd rather him.

Better not post tommorrow Richard, your computer is fine now, but it might break. :p

Naumaan

First Class Debutant
haven't seen IMRAN NAZIR back
so i guess he didn't resign ICL, although cricinfo said, he is believed to be in the 50 players quitting ICL
