How is your season?

My pre-season freindlies strated last saturday. We got thrashed none of our batsmen applied themselves, and for that matter i cant talk. After batting in the nets for so long its hard to adjust to the real pitch.
On saturday, i managed to crack the first ball of the day for 4, as i got going, i pulled a ball...erm well, far. when i say fa,r i mean so far in the air that the wicket keeper caught it like a minute later.

I had an ok start to my season, the team didn't though, I was batting at 7 because our new skipper wanted to "mix it up a bit" before we had even played one game. I couldn't undertsnad it but o well, it wasnt long before i got in. In a 45 over group stage cup match, we were 24 for 5 after 12, i went in wanting to just use up overs and grab what we could, i got 23 (top score) and batted until about 32 overs. We managed to get up to 124 of our 45, well 44.5. and our tail (from 6 down) plus our opener got all but 3 of our runs, and all those who got sweet FA or nr to it were those who had not netted at all. We bowled crap, well apart from 2 bowlers, who coincedently were those who had netted in winter and dropped 5 catches all off one bowler and they knocked 124 off for 2 in the 28th over.. however we were playing a team unbeaten in 2004.

It's the least I can do for our Dutch friends!

if ur U18 im fine with it haha and if ur really good enough....you can always play for our 1st who signed a crappy Kiwi(i heard that...his stats look that way but hey..who knows)

The day started with cloudy skies chance of rain by as we later find out not so,This time around we were playing in our home ground and playing againts a team that we lost in the opening match of our season,The captain won the toss and elected to field first despite a fast out field the opening bowlers took 3 wickets in first 3 overs what a way to start! we bowled all of them out for only 101 in 39 some overs,

My stats I bowled 4 overs 1 maiden 2 wickets and only 4 runs given away sweat stat isnt it? here the link to look at the score card and by the way my name is fardin if you find me in that bowling list you wil be suprised by the performance as an off spinner you tend go away for alot fo runs in the last remaining overs but this time it wasnt the case so.

Why is the fielding team score card displayed first? I for a second thought it was a one run victory. Good performance by you but you were bowled pretty late by the skipper.

Well The skipper!I dont know why because in the last game he bowled me 6 overs which I took one wicket and gave away only 18 runs,

I dont know about the fielding card being displayed first,

My name is not bob people in here just named me bob for some reason my name is fardin and last name starts with Q.
