Not sure if you're aware or not, but there should be a tiny hole near the drive - Un-roll a paper clip and stick it in the hole.

I'd recommend starting with a team you know - just to get used to the game.

That is probably way I say I will more then likely be Inter in the end. My friend has the game and he has Chelsea and has told me that is virtually impossible to buy players, even if their value is low - the club will accept from another club for their star player that is really low but will take Chelsea for a ride and get as much money as they can out of them. Sounds like Lyon and Man Citeh and to some extent Porto.

Well my poor start to the season continues 1-0 losses away to Notts Forest and at home to Blackpool were followed by a good 3-1 against chesterfield but then i lost in the cup to leicester 3-1, then 2-1 to Hartlepool and 1-0 to Huddersfield, before a 5-3 away victory against Rotheram lifted me out of the relegation zone. Swansea at home up next, at least i've started to score goals now

I was playing a CM 04/05 game not long ago, as Blackburn Rovers (only reason being is that they have 2 Aussies in their regular starting side) and I won the EPL second season in, as well as getting to the Final of the CL.

ATM, I am playing EA Football Manager 06 as Blackburn. I like the 3D matches, more exciting than the little dots!

In CM 03/04 I'm currently managing Ipswich after being dumped by Manchester United because we were 5th in December (about 4 points out of 1st). This was after I'd lead them to 5 league wins in a row mind you, and we'd won everything twice! Heartless *******s! Ipswich love me when they come 10th though so...I'm warming to them. Also manager of Nigeria, we're doing ok. It's 2011 I think.

At my friends place earlier today he showed me a screen print of Brazilian team Vitoria where they had 11 guys suspended for their next match, two injured, two recovering from injuries, two fit players, no real players, and in their youth team they have two real players.

They are screwed big time!

No no the players that are injured and suspended are real and their first team are all real players, but when you get to their reserve and youth team they have two real players.

That is quite possible in the game - if they don't have enough players the computer creates "grey players" who you can select for games to make up the numbers in that sort of situation.

Found FM 2005 disc - yay! Continuing old Man City game (search thread if you want to know how we're going).

Personally I just leave it in the drive and that it can't get lost - unless you take it out to play other games.

I always find taking a non league club up through the leagues satisfying. told me home town club Morecambe from the conference all the way to the Prem, then into CL and lost in the final to the Liverpool team i was managing. Went to extra time but Owen popped up with the winner. Was a bit stressfull having to teams in the final though

New game started and got Bolton into UEFA cup on a shoestring budget (spend about 300K ) and won it!!. Just missed out on CL spot. So htat is my aim this season.
