Jeez.. That simple.. Kool..DL Par for the end of over 13 is 120.
So if it ended at 13 overs, England would be attributed 120 from 13 overs, and Pakistan would be attributed 89 from 13 for the purposes of the NRR calculation.

Yeah...thought the fact that Wright had bowled an over meant we wouldn't have to bowl him out. Afridi should be interesting...nearly goneHmm Rashid on again... unnecessary risk
Ah, makes sense now. Thanks.DL Par for the end of over 13 is 120.

Not really... They still have the Dutch.. They should get as close as possible...Pakistan out of the tournament
SIMPLE
Nah, they have to beat Holland by a distance though, Should make for a good match.Pakistan out of the tournament
SIMPLE
The gist is that if it gets rained off after 7 overs, England make 185/5, and Pakistan are 44/3, then what goes into the runrate boxes are "44 off 7 overs" for Pakistan, and "74 off 7 overs" (or whatever the DL equivalent is) for England. So whats the gist?![]()
Depends on which match is won by more runs, Eng v Pak or Net v Pak.Ok.. lets talk about run rate here..
suppose pakistan lose this match..and pakistan manage to win their next match against Holland..which teams will go on to supper six
It doesn't matter how much they lose by, AFAIK what matters is how quickly they score the runs that they do make. Or are the run rates extrapolated to 20 overs these days?No because if they just wildly thrash at the spinners they could lose by a big margin. This way they can win if things come off, otherwise they lose by a smallish margin.
