And if what im hearing from Josh Hazlewood is correct there is some interest in ur camp of ****ing with the Scotland game........weak ****s.
I'm all for it. Jonny's head would explode.

We've already qualified, so there's no need to risk injury by trying to beat someone.

whats the weakest side oz could choose from their squad to give the scotch a good chance
of winning, assuming the match isnt rained off, which would do the job for them

I'd guess it's probably not weak enough to lose unless the Scots have a real day out.

Tbh I realy would kind of get it......but I really can't believe there is talk in the media about it from your blokes. Surely these should be conversations behind closed doors?

Anything at all suss about the game against Scotland now and Marsh could cop a ban.

And it's still weak as piss.......but are we really surprised? Cheaters gonna cheat.
Is a tournament more important than an individual game? Should a team ever risk winning a tournament, just to win a game?
You can win the game but do so cautiously to minimize player injury.

Australia's best performers so far are Warner, Head, Stoinis and Zampa. Rest these for the Scotland game and bring in Inglis, Green and Agar. Have the 4 pacers bowl only 1 over each (to reduce injury concerns)

1. Inglis
2. Green (4 overs)
3. Marsh
4. Maxwell (4)
5. David (4)
6. Wade
7. Agar (4)
8. Cummins (1)
9. Starc (1)
10. Ellis (1)
11. Hazlewood (1)

Agar is definitely a downgrade from Zampa but the other 2 arguably should be in the team anyway IMO

Inglis > Wade comfortably for mine, and I'm a big Wade fan
I don't think Green wouldn't weaken the middle order either

I wouldn't have had Stoinis in the XI though so what do I know

The Aussies are perfectly entitled to rest key players and I'm sure they will.

However, whatever team they put out should try 100% to perform to the best of it's ability.

And I'm sure they will.

Well bring in bald Ashton for Marsh and make him captain.

Australia's first two super 8 games will be against Afghanistan and Bangladesh/ Netherlands, so they don't really need Marsh for those! They can handle captain getting a 2 match ban.

yes looks good. perhaps they could reverse the order too ;)

the real question is whether england can put out a side which wont embarrass themselves :)
