Oh wow,Interesting. One hid down the order whereas the other hid from tough tours.
Grudgingly impressed here, mate.Interesting. One hid down the order whereas the other hid from tough tours.
which so called tougher attacks did Chappell avoid?Border faced tougher attacks, and for longer. Similar to the ones Chappell actively avoided.
Everyone that he skipped. Can’t skip a weak looking attack and then say “I’d have done well against them anyway”which so called tougher attacks did Chappell avoid?
Can’t think of any myself and neither can you from your response. Given his record I’m not sure Chappell has to justify himself to a cricketing incel like you. I suspect the tours he missed just weren’t challenging enough for him.Everyone that he skipped. Can’t skip a weak looking attack and then say “I’d have done well against them anyway”
Typical Aussie cowardness.
We all know the Aussies love an excuse. Maybe he had a broken toenail on tours? Can’t think of any myself and neither can you from your response. WSC was the hardest cricket ever played and his record in that series alone justifies his greatness as a player.Chappell cleaned up in wsc vs the WI and in the WI at that. Not test cricket but that's good enough for me on top of everything else he accomplished.
