Which kind of fits the bias suggestion quite nicely - Because he plays for Warwickshire you don't rate him - and that's in your words!!!

Yes ok i said it quite wrong but i dont rate Wagg he cannot get into a Warwick side which is stuggling for Fast Bowlers

In his other 19 innings in ODI's, he's scored the grand total of 267 runs - maybe that might be why we don't rate him?
ok Solanki is a flash in a pan but he has scored a century and he must have the talent to do it?

Where can I find the scores of this match? And what actually happened?

CricInfo does not have the link on the main page.

Collingwood may not be Test standard, but the Test batsmen are nothing more than ordinary and some of them, especially Hussain, can't field. This is where he will come useful.
Errrm...you what? I'd rate Hussain as one of the top fielders in the world...I seriously cannot believe you just said he can't field...I'd like to see you take the catch against Sri Lanka to get Sanath Jayasuria...one handed on his weak side...pure reactions!

Colly ain't bad either :)

I've got to say Sajid Mahmood is looking a fine bowler at the moment, I just hope Lancashire give him more chances. Jones isn't taking any wickets, but in this current age it doesn't seem to matter if you do or don't, it's just fitness. If I was Sajid I'd feel quite gutted if Jones got on the England tour ahead of me even though I'd taken more wickets than he had, but he was going because he just bowls faster...

Still, he's likely to give Harmison a kick up the ****, which is desperately needed, so bring it on!

Well... Kadeer Ali has failed every time he's batted on this tour. I really am questioning his ability. Smith has done what he was there for, Newman & Pietersen have shown their ability. Prior hasn't and I'm starting to think that Bilal Shafayat is going to crash and burn.

The spinners have been little short of horrible, but the seamers - and Sajjid Mahmood in particular - have impressed.

On to the Duleep Trophy, and let's hope for a bit more discipline in the batting.

I was referring to the recent Tes series against the South Africans, especially the Lords Test, after which Dean Jones wanted him replaced. Anyway, he did not have a great tour of SL, did he? Unless that catch was taken in SL and not in that one-sided series in England.

Go to Cricinfo and click on the England section on the left navigation bar.
Thanks. Actually, I was looking for it on the CricInfo India page, where they might have posted it, since that match was played in India, but couldn't find it. Even Cricket Web's main page did not have a link.

Did any TV channel in England show this match? I tried looking on one of the local channels, but couldn't find anything.

Anyway, at least Ed Smith and Scott Newman got some runs. Mahmood seems to be bowling well, but he'll need to cut down on those wides, which do matter. The same ca be said of Jones. Sriram seems to be having a good series and since he can also bowl a few good overs, he can get into the Indian team. It's a bit surprising that JP Yadav and Bahutule have got the bulk of the wickets, since they're nothing special.

Kadeer has the Ability he comes from the right family but maybe not England A class yet... his real time will come

I cannot see England pick any players in this Tour apart from Jones

England will finish bottom in the Duleep trophy

1) No such word as will.

2) Family has little to do with ability. My dad topped the League Batting Averages and I am a ferret.

Erm... aren't they around the same pace? I remember Mahmood bowling near 145 in one match the last county season and in other match he bowled in between 135-140. Jones isn't that quick either. He bowls around the same pace as Mahmood. Have i got Mahmood mixed up with someone else?

To be fair to him he is batting lower down the order but he hasn't been making any runs since i started a topic on him long back:O
