Knowing Durham they have probably decided to get these uni students on comms in than go with the BBC version or their own full-timer because it's the cheap optionThese commentators are doing my head in like. Those who have seen my performances on the Politics subforum of the other place will know I’m as inclusive as they come, but why do we have to have two posh southerners on our stream?
We discussed it last season and I can’t see how this version is better value than the BBC rights - unless the commentators are doing it for freeKnowing Durham they have probably decided to get these uni students on comms in than go with the BBC version or their own full-timer because it's the cheap option
Looked as if it hit him outside the line, but either way, it’s another poor dismissal.Damn. Beddingham out.
The best laid plans etc etcTea:
228-4 (64 overs). McKinney 88*, Ackermann 17*.
Durham are in a good position, but I can’t help feeling that it should’ve been better, both wickets to fall in that session were soft dismissals on what looks a very good pitch for batting.
Big session coming up if we are to hammer home our advantage, new ball due in 16 overs, need to close tonight with plenty of power to add.
Wasn’t a case of letting him, Potts kept taking singles off the last ball.Nice 100 from McKinney. Not sure about letting Potts have most of the strike though while he was in the late 90s.
That could have backfired badly.
