Last letter draft.
You can only pick the player starting with the last letter of the previous player you picked (second name). We used to just play this in childhood in rounds and usually players starting with letter E were quite valuable at that time. But will it interest enough people now to play it as a draft?

I sat the last one out and have been sitting out many drafts as I find work to be pretty harsh these days but this one seems a simpler in concept draft. So hopefully I can make it work.

ODI one I think is sufficiently different from a normal draft for it to not be an issue

I would suggest wait and then start. It gets confusing with more than one draft at a time, personally. And I wanna join urs as well.
