What sim would recognize 20 over games effectively though?
Don't you just put in the number of overs into the sim, or are you talking about how the games played i.e. how the openers generally just bat out the 20 overs at under 6 an over. Not the way 20Twenty is played current where teams generally lose 6 or so wickets and go at 8 plus an over

Also what go you think about the training option

The sim that was used last season has a minimum of 25 overs. The hope is that a different sim may be used this season, but I'm uncertain as to which one.

I'd be happy to see the 25 Smash games go next season. I don't see what they add to the competition really.

i would certainly be keen to keep the 3 competitions in tact for next season, than again, Green having had alot of success in 25Smash thats hardly surprising is it ;)

I just think, until we get a sim which can do it properly, it's no good. Since everyone agrees the current sim doesn't work at all, why bother with it? We can play FC and OD cricket until a good 20/20 sim pops up. :)

Personally I find the Smash games a terrible chore to sim, so I'm happy with that.
Being successful in the format I would like to see it move to representitve level. :D

However, I would not be that opposed if it means more attention is put towards the season proper.

As Reuben said, it's not entirely certain. However, things are shaping up to suggest that there likely will be another club.

Regardless of new sign-ups, I don't think a new team is needed for next year, because teams having 11 players available is ridiculous. I think 5 teams would be good anyway, look at the Aussie system and the English system. Which works the better?
