Coach's Comments:
Let's be honest... Pratyush came into this game facing a do or die situation - take wickets or be sacked for just about the rest of the season. This was his moment and he held it well. Overall an inspired win for the Reds. Deeps, Daniel Muhaffy and Zaid Ghansar provided the money innings on a wicked pitch. For the Greens, only Age Master really looked purposeful enough to get a job done against the deadly spin of Pratyush. Umpire Money found his rhythm again this season, with his second 5w haul of late and 8 wickets in the match. Ultimately it came down to the Greens chasing 247 to win, a target which proved far too much in the end on a deteriorating pitch. Well played both teams, well won Reds.

Coach's Comments:
That's the way the pros do it! Determined first innings bowling followed up by solid first innings batting, a determined second innings effort with the ball, then cruise home with the bat. Great stuff! A fine century by StUEy and good knocks from Jamee999, Buts, Jellett and Vimes. Only the one century though, which is a bit disconcerting, but a victory nonetheless.
