Cricket Web Blue require 4 runs from 42 balls with 7 wickets in hand.

- Dave Watt to take the new ball.
- 0.2 Watt to Cloete: Flicked away nicely. They'll come back for two here, and the Blues are off and running.
- 0.3 Watt to Cloete: WOW! That's raced away through the covers. Cloete just leaned into it and it shot away. FOUR!
- 0.4 Watt to Cloete: "Catch it" is the call, but that ball flew fine off the top edge of the hook shot, and it's FOUR!
- It's Edmunds from the other end. The crowd is really energized now.
- 1.3 Edmunds to Camps: Flashing at it! It flies over Markus at slip and that's FOUR!
- 4.6 Watt to Cloete: On-drive and a beaut too! That was taken from a legstump line and timed to perfection past Edmunds at mid-on.
- Robbins replaced Edmunds for the 6th over. Early changes here for the Reds as the Blues have started at almost 10 per over!
- 5.4 Robbins to Cloete: Opened the face and it goes away for FOUR!
- Rich Edmunds replaces Watt now. Watt really searching for a wicket.
- 12.4 Edmunds to Cloete: That's pulled nicely! They're back for two... and they'll get another! An overthrow and that's 50.

Andrew Cloete 50 (38 balls), 5 fours, 0 sixes

- Edmunds' one-over spell has ended. It's Sean Bennett now for the 15th.
- 17.5 Robbins to Cloete: DROPPED! Cloete hit it on the up and Mamesh couldn't hang on at short extra cover. Robbins is extremely disappointed there.
- 20.1 Bennett to Cloete: DROPPED again! The bottom edge of the cut and it deflects off Gray's gloves. They run a single. Cloete living a charmed life at the moment.
- 20.2 Bennett to Camps: BANG! Not characteristic of Camps, but that's gone deep into the midwicket stand! Fifty!

Liam Camps 50 (60 balls), 3 fours, 1 six

- Gaurav Nayak relieves Robbins. Robbins did much the same job Fuller did earlier - tight and consistent.
- 22.3 Bennett to Cloete: LOUD SHOUT!!! Bennett convinced... but it's not out. Bennett stares in disbelief. Cloete survives. The replay portrays that as very very close...
- 22.4 Bennett to Cloete: Take that! Cloete gets his own back. Down the track and slog sweeping that on the full... for SIX!
- 23.4 Nayak to Cloete: OUT! Finally Cloete's luck runs out. Dropped twice and a close LBW shout, but this time he just chips the ball to Robbins at short cover. The Reds have a sniff now.
- It's a make or break situation for the Reds now, so Dave Watt brings himself back into the attack. He needs to get a couple wickets in this spell.
- 24.2 Watt to Goff: SHOT! What a peculiar wicket this is! There's something in it for the seamers, but anything off line is punished. Goff spanked that square of the wicket for FOUR!
- 24.3 Watt to Goff: And FOUR more! But this one is off the edge through the vacant second slip. Watt kicks the turf.
- 26.4 Watt to Goff: WOW! The text book cover drive to a ball that wasn't even overpitched! Goff collects FOUR more!
- 26.5 Watt to Goff: And another! FOUR! Goff wants to end this quickly.
- Alex Feeney for Dave Watt.
- 28.2 Feeney to Camps: GONE! Stumped comfortably by Gray and that's a sigh of relief. A very good innings from Camps ends. The Reds once again have a bit of an opening.
- 29.2 Nayak to DeSilva: Sliced over slip for FOUR! DeSilva wasting no time...
- 29.5 Nayak to DeSilva: AGAIN! The same shot. DeSilva races to double figures.
- Seeing the success of Feeney, Watt tosses the ball to Markus.
- Last gasp for the Reds here. Watt returns for a third spell.
- 35.5 Watt to DeSilva: HOWZAT?!?!? NOT OUT! That looked a very good shout. The umpire says he hit it. Ooo... the replays shows otherwise... when it rains, it pours...
- And there's Crampton in the pavilion. He's due in at six, but he's not worried at all about batting. Just leaning back in his shorts and t-shirt. The Blues with one hand on the trophy...
- 37.3 Watt to Goff: And there's something for the Reds! OUT! Stedman took that low down at midwicket. Very good catch and an interesting turn. Crampton still relaxing...
- Edmunds has had a pretty rotten day so far, but he's back for a last gasp.
- 38.1 Robbins to Fuller: SHOT! Driven beautifully through the covers for FOUR!
- 38.2 Robbins to Fuller; Down the track and lofted over midoff! FOUR more!!
- 38.4 Robbins to Fuller: AGAIN! Down the wicket and BANG! Fuller wants to be the only economical bowler in this game. Ruining Robbins' figures...
- 42.6 Edmunds to DeSilva: LOUD SHOUT by Edmunds! Not out, but that was great, because Edmunds is on the verge of losing this game with his team, but the passion is still there. Great sport.

Bennett is the man entrusted with what could be the final over of the game. Fuller to take strike with just 4 runs needed. The batsmen meet midpitch all smiles. Camps, Crampton, Wilshere, Halsey,....EVERYONE is up in the Blue gallery. They're waiting to celebrate this win. Reports are that Crampton has already put on his comfortable running shoes.
Bennett in...
- 43.1 Bennett to Fuller: THAT's IT! No better way to finish a game such as this... Fuller clobbered that over midwicket on bended knee... and Burke drops the catch in the stands. SIX of the best to finish a classic game of cricket.

And here comes the Blue stampede...

Reports are that Colts wicketkeeper Stephen Burke has recovered the match ball in the stands. Accounts differ, but we believe he regained it from a man after a spurt of tickling.

You're nothing but a glory hunter, not prepared to put in the hard yards. It's a damn shame i tell you, a damn shame.

4.2 Patrick to Robbins: HOWZAT?!? The umpire shakes it off quickly. Close call.
4.3 Patrick to Robbins: Down the legside... and it beats Crampton... FOUR wides!
4.3 Patrick to Robbins: EDGED! CAUGHT!!! But it's a noball!!!
Ouch, sucks to be Marc at the moment.
How come? I wasn't dismissed in those balls.

Depends though - nothing to say the first call was out, and the second one was a no ball so cannot hurt my FCA.

However my no-ball average has no plummeted.

It was more a reference to the way that Nath was bowling, and at the time, the impression from the live sim was that you were struggling to get started. Didn't take you long, though.
