and here lies the problem. I wanted people with shorter test careers like Barry to be a chance.

Funnily enough people like Howe who convinced me Test over First Class was a good idea haven't even shown up to vote

So it just seems like pettiness over me suggesting Bradman was a better FC bat than Grace with my title that I thought up in 2 seconds, how annoying


note for the future: ignore people's kneejerk opinions on how to run these things

I did consider Barry's FC record but found it not sufficiently good to get him over the line in that field

(He would probably have got the nod over Lawry in the previous battle ftr)

I probably wouldn't have voted for Richards anyway. A lot of my other votes would change though.

imo not making it Test only makes it a mess. Better to restrict it.
