Yeah. Azharuddin under-rated on CW IMO.

I don't suspect I really rate Crowe lower than the rest of you do unless he'd actually be in your top four.
I think he's a bit underrated too, but Crowe for a good 5 years was pretty much the best batsman in the world or atleast very close. Azharuddin never had a period like that.

Except for Tests only. :(

well within that you can still go by things other than just batting averages. I was expecting someone to ask how Stewart made the cut for this given his average was a tick under 40 and had a huge explanation ready which included such factors as his important twin tons against the Windies when they stormed the keep, his stellar record against Wasim/Waqar and the fact the poor bloke had to juggle opening, captaincy and keeping at various stages of his career.

as you can see i was itching to give this explanation

Victor Ian

International Coach
Mark Waugh - aesthetics > average
Inzamam Ul-Haq - anti aestheics > average
Saeed Anwar - Inzy took his place
Andy Flower - nup
Gary Kirsten - maybe....nup
Sachin Tendulkar
Brian Lara
Rahul Dravid - what is he doing with these guys???
Damian Martyn - nup
Michael Slater - no sewag, warner, hayden, bully opener without him
