CW Power has lost it's 5th straight game; going down by 38 points to a superior, harder running Kangaroo outfit. The young Power side toiled hard all day and kept in touch until late in the final term.
Alex Crampton did a magnificent tagging job on Brent Harvey, while Dwyer and Read held their men and provided solid rebound from defence.

Fremantle has held off a late charge from CW to defeat them by 31 points, the Power got within 4 goals with plenty of time to play in the last, but the Dockers' dominance in the clearances was too much to overcome.
Cornes and McNamara were servicable in the CW midfield, while Richards was prominant up forward.

The CW side went down fighting, pushing Collingwood all the way, eventually losing by 17 points to the flag fancied Pies. The Power were once again smashed in the clearances and need to improve quickly in the area if they're to notch up another win this year
Malone presented well accross half forward for CW, with McNamara and Cornes again the best of the Power midfield. Reddlapalli and Read were solid in the CW Power defence.
