I enjoy certain seafood, but it is invariably over priced and over rated. I don't like white fish (though white bait & King George Whiting are fine as exceptions to this rule). I do like tuna, salmon and I like sashimi.

I think prawns are massively over rated - if I'm going to have to peel the ****ing things then I want more than a twenty cent piece worth of meat as a reward. And they make your hands reek. I like bugs, crab, mussels, oysters, scallops and lobster as well.

But all of it is always over priced for what you get.

My colon copes well with all foods, but I thank you for your interest in it, which is understandable given you're a massive arsehole.

Truer words have never been spoken on CW.

They're ****ing sea bugs. The legs are weird. So are the feelers. The Eyes. You basically peel the creepy bits off the creepy sea bug then eat the sea pug, poo chute and all and pay gazillions for the privilege.

If prawns were land animals you'd reach for the mortein. Horrible 'food', absolutely disgusting and they taste like ****.

Don't get me started on crayfish. "hurrr durrrrr paying big money to crack open the legs of an orange sea ****roach for a sliver of food". They're disgusting.

Shellfish like mussels and oysters are good. They sit there politely for you to 'catch' them (pick them up let's be honest) and you pull open the shell like a packet once they're cooked and seasoned and you're sorted. Great animal. Doesn't even realise how easy it makes dinner for the rest of us.

Also you can get already-peeled shrimp and prawns, as well as de-shelled crabs and lobsters if you want. Well, maybe not in your part of the world. Pretty accessible here.

ah, you admit it's a bug. good. we evolved from eating bugs millennia ago. one of civilizations founding principles over the nomad lifestyle was eating bread and steak instead of bugs and tree bark.

mcdonalds has many failings, but it does have better value for money and time than a prawn, and it is allegedly made from non-bug ingredients.

i had a nice simple chicken salad tonight. zero effort, maximum taste, no weird legs.

prawns have maximum bad taste and a funny texture. that's why everyone who must eat them drowns them in spices or some other seasoning. they're just a stupid bland bug.

knowing you, you probably try and replicate some ancient random recipe specifically using prawn poo hole for the tangy flaours.

You wouldn’t know good food if someone vomitted it up in front of you and you proceeded to put it in a pan, take a pic of it and post it on social media as an example of your “cooking.”

i know this to be the case because I’ve seen said posts and they are beyond redemption. Like your face.
