Cricket Web: All-Time Legend

Ezra Moseley has died after being hit by a car. Rebel tours aside probably most notable for breaking Graham Gooch's arm.

Former Australian Test quick and WACA chairman Sam Gannon dies suddenly at 73

John 'Sam' Gannon has also died. He played a few tests during WSC. Definitely one for the dedicated cricket nerd or WA fan. Left armer who was one of the last with the really old fashioned, dragging, slinging bowling action.

I bowl medium-pace and have started bowling leg-cutters accurately after putting in a lot of work lately, and I don't think there's a more effective weapon than this delivery. I play for small clubs, and at this level people have zero clue on how to deal with good leg-cutters.

So many great Tests since the pandemic started.

WI vs England at Southampton - Blackwood's 95 chasing 200
Pakistan v England at OT - Woakes and Buttler's 150 odd run partnership from 5 down for sfa
India v Australia at SCG - Pujara/Pant/Vihari/Ashwin in the 4th dig
India v Australia at the Gabba - India F wrapping up one of the GOAT series wins

and now Mayers 200 on debut chasing 400. Mental.

In contrast I literally can barely think of a memorable LO game. Test cricket is bae.
