Yeah, that'd be a better conversion to use if you include negative points for conceding runs/getting dismissed (which I might do next).
20 runs = 1 wicket seemed better for this, since the most runs in a series (974) is roughly 20x the most wickets in a series (49, or 51 for wickets+catches).

When I saw that I figured he was only getting in for his ATG shenanigans and because the people running the HOF wanted to give their mate a good pat on the back

There are definitely players with better careers who could get in ahead of him
