It is a great rivalry when Aus vist here.
I doubt it ever will be on the West Side of the Tasman.
For Aus to see NZ as rivals (beyond Hadlee) is to recognise NZ at all. That isn't something Aussies or the Aussie government in a democracy is fond of doing when it comes to citizen rights. (Seriously look at how the Aus government treats NZ'ers on election manifesto).
I'm not convinced. Seriously.
NZ is a second class citizen isn Aussie, for people and cricketers. Even Aus Rugby League revolves England as against NZ in the last 30 odd years. #go Figure.
I don't mean to bring in politics into a cricket chat, but like India and Pakistan, it happens.

Good enough for you. Not good enough for me. I'd rather play AFG at home, let alone Pak, Ind, SL or Bangladesh.

Yeah I can understand where you're coming from politically.
Nevertheless, its in CAs best interests to promote another rivalry. Having two slow summers really hurts and it would be a smart move to make up for the Windies no longer being the presence here that they once were.
I actually have a feeling that if the Windies became good again they'd become an instant drawcard. So perhaps you're right and history would never permit it

Unless you mean Qld vs NSW in State of Origin is the pinnacle and jewell in the Aus RL crown at home- in which case I agree

The procedure of Expert witnesses upon Judicial request in common law states, incl the state of NSW and Queensland?

I have nfi how a lawyer does not know a judge cannot call expert witnesses, at any level post admission. Even if its rare. There are precedents in Australia.
It is basic knowledge for any lawyer.
