It looks like crickets answer to championship manager. It will be good if some menu music or credit music could be included, ideally the old BBC cricket music would create the atmosphere. Looking foward to it.

It's actually impossible to say whether the game will be out before xmas, if everything between now and then went perfectly then the chances are it would be ready. However creating computers games can be extremely unpredictable at times, especially when it comes to getting them ready for release, just one set back can take a good week to solve.
Keep an eye on the website, all the latest news will be there. The only thing I can guarrantee is that the game will be released, as long as me or Glenn Stiemens are still breathing it'll happen
One thing I won't do however is release a completely unfinished game, we're not a certain canadian company obsessed with releasing yearly versions (patches!) just when the festive season is about to arrive.

I would say that the chances of the game being finished and released before Christmas are significantly higher than zero. Although as Oli said its impossible to actually guarantee it will be released before then (purely because we are not working full time and therefore have to fit development around other work).
We won't be releasing anything before we are ready though - the game is getting more stable as each day goes by and is certainly fun to play as it stands (and should be even more so once we've tweaked one or two areas).
