Does anyone know if there is any involvement in the game with backroom staff - youth development, coaches, physios etc?

Such additions to the game would be cool but I definitely think that it is more important for their to be good tactical elements within the game than the extra managerial options.
I noticed from one of the screenshots that when bowling you can decide what sort of line you can bowl - e.g. Fast, offstump - but I wondered if you could suggest a length to one of your bowlers in the game?
I believe that the ICC series have this setting. It would make things quite interesting. E.G. bowling fast, short and on the leg-side may entice the batting opponent to "pull" or "hook" the delivery and placing a man on the boundary on the leg side may prove to be a good foil for this probable shot. In addition a short leg could be tactically used to catch any short legiside deliverys played off from around rib height.
Such tactics really would make a game amazing and detailed - the kind of tactical detail one can see in Football Manager!
