Notes: BLIC too "arcade-like", not realistic, too simple. Good ideas to build on in future games. A good place for codemasters to start but not what I expected and I hope the next game is much better. It has good features i.e. hawkeye, career mode, but lacks important ones i.e. manual replay, autoplay.
EA05 Only worries are the frustration of batting that sets in from time to time (usually in one-day matches), occasional graphical bug (nothing huge like after autoplay if batsman scores 50, first ball after it the 50 is aknowledged) and the actions of the fast bowlers inparticular. Across all other areas I feel this is a very good game and EA for once have NOT disappointed me.
I've only played BLIC 4 times since I got it and I really just find it's not what I was looking for.
That's my opinion, you will have yours, and everyone will probably be looking for something different in a cricket game but for mine EA Cricket 2005 is the way to go.
