Well done SJS. That is the record. That is the lowest batting position from where a Century has been scored in ODIs. It is difficult to see a number 8 scoring a century in ODIs let alone a number 9,10,11.

A few months ago Inzamam was 4th on that list behind Bradman, Dravid and Sobers.

Also interesting to note is that a few months ago Inzamam was below S.R.Waugh in proprtion of matches won when hitting centuries tied with Hayden and M.Waugh. He was actually no. 2 till very recently for that record as I pointed out earlier.
