They're not going to take any of those fighters on a week's notice.Good God, people talking about Parker v Joshua II , it would be better than Chisora but that's a very low bar sadly.
If they want to be conservative and avoid Hrgovic, surely Wallin, Hunter , Mc Kean would do and yeah none of those are excellent enticing match ups.
You'd say loser of the Wilder/Joshua fight retires. Big pay day for that fight though.Genuinely think Wilder retires Joshua at this point.
Got a puncher's chance, but if Deontay tags him it's red rover for the big fella.
Wilder/Usyk or Fury/Usyk the most credible match ups, stating the bleedin' obvious as I am.
It's a huge fight. Massive. No idea what a Wilder fight does for him
He hasn't; he's not even an especially good boxer.I'm not sure why Wilder has now suddenly become some great boxer or kryptonite for AJ.
This is a guy who was getting outboxed by the likes of Gerald Washington. OK, he has the right hand, but elite level boxers should be able to take that away from him. It's an exciting fight.
Sure, it is a stylistically difficult matchup for Joshua, and I'd probably pick Wilder in that fight. I just don't like how it's all of a sudden become the consensus that Wilder would just win that fight without even needing to see it.He hasn't; he's not even an especially good boxer.
What he has got is an engine and the most concussive punch I think I've seen, certainly since Foreman 2.0.
I mean he knocked down Fury, what, four times (?) in their trilogy and he (Fury) has a chin and movement AJ can only dream of.
If Wilder lands (and I'm pretty sure he will at some point) Joshua isn't getting up.
