Aus Open should thump it. I tried to give the BBL a go on delayed broadcast but Ponting was unlistenable to the point that I switched it off after one over.

Yeah I reckon so too. Obviously exaggerated with two young gun Aussies playing but I really cbf with the BBL now. Had its day.

yeah there isn't really any need to play teams twice, though it's still going to rate well so there's just about no chance of it being shortened

Imagine how **** would hit the fan if that happens in the world cup, MS Dhoni hits a massive six but smartass Glenn Maxwell pulls that and technically it's out.
Would cause such an epic blow up with India that it's got me hoping it happens. Maxwell to wear a bucket on his head and win a prize too.

stuart clark?
Was thinking the same.

I've read a lot about Travis Head but only ever seen him in the bash and after that innings last night: Well now I have seen and what a player he looks. Best shots of many were the 2 he took Patto thru mid on and mid wicket. Lovely graceful pull off Fawad off a ball not too short either. Then he plastered Stokes everywhere. In fact what was so promising is that he took to all types of bowlers and handled them easily.
