thats the point ive being tryng to portray all along. Alot of what makes a captain is the respect and williness to perform of the players he instructs. In many ways the unity of the players and ability to work as a team is the main thing that hlps shape a captains performance, as well as strategical thinking and the ability to lead by example.

Good captain but has not had the opportunity to hold a strong team together and create a consistant atmosphere. Excellent batsman and underrated in that department IMO.
