Best batsmen you've bowled at?.

You're allowed to name him
I could name him, but I'd rather not name young lads on a public forum. Plus as Zach said, he probably won't be that good. Although I have noticed he's playing for Cheshire U18 as a 16 year old this year. Generally the superstars of the future are carving up county youth attacks already though.

Haha, sorry Zat. At the time I was actually trying to decide whether it was Zach or Zak. What were people saying about usernames and real names?
Haha no worries, if you said Zak then I would have actually had to kill you.

Don't think I've bowled at anyone decent in an adult game yet, so a handful of players who have played representative cricket for Cheshire is as far as it goes. Normally it results in the ball repeatedly flying back over my head for six. Probably the best batsman that I've ever shared a pitch with was the Cheshire captain for my age group a few years back - made 85* in a cup game without a single slog, just pure timing and placement. But I wasn't allowed to bowl at him, which was probably for the best.
One of the Cheshire opening batsmen for my year hit 122* (retired) of 15 overs against my team in a school game.

He then came on for the final over of the game(he was too tired to bowl apparently) and got a 4 wicket maiden.

I've played with a guy called Gareth Philips, and I've heard people who are heavily involved in Yorkshire cricket calling him the next England star. Amazing, amazing batsman and an ultra-rapid bowler. Opens for Doncaster 1st XI I think.

Best junior player at my club I guess, who'll maybe play a few county games if he's lucky I reckon.
Don't get to bowl at an awful lot of good people I must say...
FWIW, the best person who's been batting while I'm keeping is probably Navdeep Poonia.

Haha, when were you keeping to him?. He was born 2 miles from where I live as well.
Oh nah, I've never been up to Scotland to play cricket. He plays for this club near me where I used to net in the winter, and I kinda kept and helped a bit when he was doing some coaching with some little kids.
