Not opened it yet but...Ian Salisbury?I recall hearing about a dreadful drop by Gatt. Here's one I found.

From Mike Gatting: I had some horrible moments in Ashes Tests at Lord’s… but I love the ground really! | The CricketerThat really was the tour from hell, wasn't it.
I vaguely remember another occasion when Gatting initially caught one that was almost as easy but it slipped out of his grasp and the umpire ruled that he didn't have the ball under control. Possibly the Lord's test in 1985 when Aus chased down a small total?
Lahiru Kumara trying very hard to follow him. Duleep Mendis was god awful too, mainly because he was unfit. Ranatunga with all his weight was a sublime catcher and had a pretty strong arm.Zoysa was the worst we've had by some distance.
He was a damn good slipper. And in out field don't get fooled by the man mountain moving slowly. He literally had the hardest throw in cricket to compensate.1.Colin Milburn

A great shout there. He was geuinely horrendous. He was a damn good slipper. And in out field don't get fooled by the man mountain moving slowly. He literally had the hardest throw in cricket to compensate.

Surprised he hasn't got more mention. Just been watching some WSC highlights from 2000 and he featured heavily - getting into dire territory when Chappell says "and once again, it's Yousuf Youhana". Wasn't any better on later tours eitherMohammed Yousuf was a poor fielder.
Yes he was a seriously bad fielder. Wasn't very good between the wickets too.Surprised he hasn't got more mention. Just been watching some WSC highlights from 2000 and he featured heavily - getting into dire territory when Chappell says "and once again, it's Yousuf Youhana". Wasn't any better on later tours either
Yeah I'd forgotten how bad he was. Even on his demon tour in I think it was 2006 he was bad enough in the field for my friend to (jokingly) suggest his batting wasn't worth his fielding.Surprised he hasn't got more mention. Just been watching some WSC highlights from 2000 and he featured heavily - getting into dire territory when Chappell says "and once again, it's Yousuf Youhana". He was perhaps even worse but I feel like we're looking for people who were otherwise pretty decent Test cricketers.Gul was pretty horrendous also
Lol Richardson was an ordinary fieldsman but there was no medical issue, he was just slow. Hence why he liked to challenge the slowest player from the opposition to a race. This one against Lehmann, which included hurdling a keg, Rigor won.Mark Richardson - pretty sure he had some sort of medical issue that inhibited his running and fielding.
Lehmann looks like he's about to change his mind and go sideways in the first photo lmao.Lol Richardson was an ordinary fieldsman but there was no medical issue, he was just slow. Funnily enough, Wayne Holdsworth, who posts videos of himself on youtube, put up footage of the inaugural U19 World Cup and Inzamam bowled ordinary orthodox non-spinners.Indeed.
Is that Steve Waugh at the non striker's end when Inzy gets the wicket?Funnily enough, Wayne Holdsworth, who posts videos of himself on youtube, put up footage of the inaugural U19 World Cup and Inzamam bowled ordinary orthodox non-spinners.
