Before I vote, can a couple of you more enlightened souls give me a bit of a run down on Pataudi's captaincy? I'm not one for the % thing and appreciate that you may be a good captain nws a poor side and therefore results. Was he regarded as a great tactician or was he someone like a Worrell who, even though a fine on-field leader is perhaps better remembered as a unifying force?
