Battle of the Test Bowling

Greig. Imran cleaned up a dejected team at Headingley, while Greig came back from a rather poor second day to tug England right back into the Test and the series.

It compares favourably with the McGrath five-for we had earlier on (which I didn't vote for): four wickets in 20 balls (Lloyd, Sobers, Kanhai, Murray - legends, at least the first three) and figures on the third day of 19.1-33-8.

Holding. Legendary spell. 8 wickets and only one of them required the assistance of a fielder. Hit the stumps 5 times. Did it 3 more times in his 6 second innings wickets too.

Snow also bowled brilliantly and tore apart a very good batting lineup indeed. Unlucky matchup for him.

Snow.

Holding bowled well, but England still raked up 400+ score with only one good batsman in Amiss who wasn't a great player of fast bowling anyway and still scored double tone. Snow otoh was up against the likes of Chappells, Walters, Lawry etc.
