The Clarke game- 40 wickets for 600 runs = minefield, Aus lost the game and after Dravid he took the tail.

Very entertaing to watch. You felt you had to rub your eyes every time he took a wicket. However cannot compare to Verity

Verity- England won the game, he took 8 wickets in the innings and 15 in the game and got The Don out twice in the game.

Verity got Bradman (twice) and the mind boggles how Clarke’s spell can be so 'acclaimed', considering the pitch was nothing more than a joke. So the former gets my vote.

I don't really care whether it rained on the Sunday, to get 8/43 against a line-up of Woodfull, Bradman, McCabe is outstanding.
