Battle of the Subcontinent

Jono

Virat Kohli (c)
Heh, classic match-up.

Chandrashekhar. Great strike rate, betterb owler overseas, and from what I've read he was the cooler spinner too.

Heart Breaking match up. I take Bedi.
If you think this is heart breaking, wait till a little bit later.

Hint: At least one of the pakistani fast bowling greats will not make it out of this round.

SS, how are you deciding the matchups? Is it random or deliberate? Just curious.

Whats the story?
Not too many days since I heard it. Aussie bowler bowls to Chandrasekhar. Realised the poor guy hardly had any strength in his arm, so he brought the field in, kept bowling short and it popped off his arm or glove about eight or ten times before he was finally caught.

Not particularly related to Chandra's ability or anything, but he deserves fairly huge credit for playing 58 Tests with that kind of disability.

At the beginning of each round, I put the number of players in a program (i.e 64, 32, etc).

It then re-arranges those numbers manually, so you get a list of:

2
12
32
17

So, based on that #2 would face #12, #32 would face #17.

The players are sorted alphabetically from 1 to however many.
