Notice that Vaughan got fined only for his repeat offence in slow overrates while Ganguly got a 6 match ban for repeat offence....same violation different ruling. Consistency ?

8-)
As far as I can find Vaughan has only once (Sept 04) been called for slow over rates and was fined the same as Ganguly. Can you provide details of the second offense because I think you have made a mistake.

Typical of an Indian fan to bring out the race card though..
Alright then, since we are going down the road of generalisation and not addressing the points made, here we go:

Typical and laughable of a white south african to deny the race issues.

sept 04 was the second offence. First offence was May 04 vs WI.

The West Indies were very good at it in the 70's and 80's. Ambrose in particular was a nasty piece of work
The australian players i've talked to personally have said that the West Indians were NEVER racist in their sledgings and that is confirmed by a few Indian players i've talked to as well.
Infact the WI have been commended by quiete a few- including gavaskar in the sledging lecture- for being the rarest and least offensive sledgers in the game by a longshot.

<broad generalisation and refusal to address mode (courtesy of langy) on>

And that makes a difference because ?
I am under warning for explicit usage but do you really want me to outline english racism in england -historically and recently ?

< broad generalistion and refusal to address mode off>

Its usually pretty quick for people to draw the race card whenever mitigating circumstances are involved, I see it both in South Africa and England..

I very much doubt there is an ICC conspiracy against Asian cricket when Jamoghan Dalmiya and Ehsan Mani pull(ed) a lot of the strings in world cricket.. Im pointing to the elevation of Bangladesh as another example..

Sorry for putting it in such a crap way, but I do have a bit of a problem with some of the conspiracy theories that regular get banded around, by, mainly but not always, Indian fans..

I dont bring that up much neither do i like to overly state that. Simply because some of the folks i have talked to are currently playing international cricket. Am sure you'd realise that it is stupid to reveal those sources.

And you say that because you have seen virtually every player ever played in the game. Haven't you ?

Please show us an example where an Indian player racially abused anyone.
Where did racism come into it?
