No, the Test Ratings are based on the last series played between nations.

LOL, but you can if we're talking about recent series, which we were!

Essentially Pakistan are a better team when compared to England.
A fact I have all but agreed to.

They haven't lost points, just not received an extra point. I thought the ICC would insist on the series being completed on neutral territory to be honest.



Which practicallly means the same, ur assumption that the ICC would play a role in the completion of the series is wrong, they aren't gonna do any thing

I must admit I expected them to, and I still await some announcement - I guess it's hard with the current 10 year plan in place though.

At the end of the day, there is a big problem with Pakistan not completing enough Test matches at the moment, and it'll be interesting to see how it is resolved.
