Australia A vs India A games

Mate if they’re worried this India A side will beat their test side then the latter is in for a very long summer. Suspect it’s all about player (especially bowler) management
Well their A side will have had two practice games in Australia to acclimatise while the Test side had just lost 2-0 to NZ at home when they cancelled the match last week 😉

This biased umpiring from the land of cheating is pathetic. Call off the tour and award the BG to India.

Haha India Test side just went 5-29 in 3rd test 2nd innings vs NZ. India A side may have definitely whipped them in Perth :)

Try not to watch unimportant cricket mate. Just flicked it on at the lunch break to see this thrilling denouement
You're making the right choice. I caught a bit last night because nothing else was on. Awful watching. Ashwin carrom balls going like a Warne leg break

Rahul and Jurel are flying to Australia a week early to play in the 2nd A game. Why wouldn't they get Sarfaraz in there as well given as everyone thinks he won't be able to play well on Aussie wickets.

For next game I think this will be the batting order. Might as well give McSweeney a chance to open if he's the front runner for test opener

1. Harris
2. McSweeney
3. Konstas
4. Bancroft
5. Davies
6. Webster
7. Peirson (+)
8. Neser
9. McAndrew
10. Rocchiccioli
11. Boland

I wouldn’t be surprised if Kohli has a good series as he’s done it here before

Then again, he’s been very ordinary for a long time now and may well be finished

I hope he does have a good series*, will no doubt be his last one here and he's been a great entertainer.

*in a heavily defeated team, obviously

What's the point of even playing a Bancroft if he's not going to open though

Because Rahul and Jurel didn't play vs NZ so they were free and fresh to go and get match practice in Aus. On the other hand, Sarfraz just played vs NZ. Plus he looked clueless on non-flat tracks against both pace and spin. I doubt he will feature in the initial Tests in Australia so there's no hurry to get him any practice.

India will start with Rahul, so they are sending him.

Can't believe Kamala Harris will open the batting for Aus A
