He was a lot better yesterday but he's still bowling quite flat IMO. Very dart-y.

I am saying given his height it just looks improbable that some part of his foot was not behind the line there. AT best, its a close call, and from whatever I saw throughout that session, they were very happy to put their hands up when we batted as opposed to when we bowled. It really doesn't matter coz I, like Dravid, dont think the A series are as much about the results as they are about identifying players for the main side.

Look, I may well be wrong as I only saw few hours of the game but its what I feel. And again, I am meh about it coz its not like its gonna happen in international games anyways, AND, I dont see A series being as result oriented as others might. What matters more is if you can identify players to plug the gaps in your national side. So I am not gonna argue this any further other than say its what I felt based on what I saw. If I am wrong, so be it.

There's also an India vs India A at the WACA starting 15th November so the entire Test squad can get a game on a pitch very similar to 1st Test at Perth Stadium

So bizarre that India have cancelled their warm up game vs India A at the WACA. I can't think of any better prep for 1st Test than that.

Maybe they were worried India A might beat the Test side

Mate if they’re worried this India A side will beat their test side then the latter is in for a very long summer. Suspect it’s all about player (especially bowler) management
