Whatever it takes!!!
Why is Cummins a certainty though? He gets smashed all the time.
Honestly that's more personal opinion, could easily have Ellis as backup for Cummins instead of starc. Starc has been poor in T20 since the carribian tour and Cummins adds more with the bat. Out T20 bowling depth in general is pretty poor, it's the big 3+ Ellis than guys like jhye and Kane who haven't done enough at international level when given the chance. Why is Cummins a certainty though? He gets smashed all the time.
Wait why wasn't Ellis included? Had a great T20 blast and won the whole thing for his team and has a great t20I record.Reminder to both of you that the T20 WC squad has been named:

So... you're both wrong, lol. Green won't be there, Ellis won't be there.
Ellis should absolutely be in that squad ahead of Kane Richardson, but it is what it is.
Selectors be crazy.Wait why wasn't Ellis included? Had a great T20 blast and won the whole thing for his team and has a great t20I record.
Good point. Agree with everything said here, but discussion here is 100% off topic.Selectors be crazy.
He'd arguably be the second quick picked for me. If you're only going to have two quicks they really must both be good death bowlers IMO - Cummins has never been that and even Haze for all his improvement is really just the world's best 1-16ov guy now. I can accept that maybe I'm wrong and having better quicks up front is worth more overall, but FFS he's comfortably better at every aspect of T20 cricket than Kane ****ing Richardson.
Media personalities and commentators aren't talking about it either because he's an unfashionable franchise cricketer and they don't pay any attention to that.
Massive tangent in the Asia Cup thread anyway - maybe we should take it somewhere else
he’ll get out close to twenty or thirty as is norm any caseShanaka should have stuck with Theekshana for one more over. Playing into Rohit's strengths with the pace on
